Pick a time when you won’t feel hurried or anxious about your day. Walk slowly and deliberately out your door and down the street. Name 3 sounds, sights, smells, and sensations you are experiencing. Explain to yourself why you’re grateful for each, repeat.
Lay in the grass and bring all of your attention to the songs you hear in the trees - how does each bird sing differently? Which one do you love the most? Which one most sounds like you when you call to your lovers? 😌
