Policies & FAQs
What if I can't find the product or design I’m looking for?
No worries! We offer custom orders. If you’ve found a product you like but not the right design (or vice-versa), reach out to Emily via the Get in Touch tab. Most custom orders are completed within a week, so you can quickly get the personalized camping mugs, outdoor apparel, or national park souvenirs you’re looking for.
When will I receive my order?
It takes 3-7 days to prepare your order, and shipping times depend on where your nature-inspired keepsakes are being sent. USA shipping is typically 5-8 business days.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via the email you provided with the order. If you have any questions, reach out via the Get in Touch tab.
My order should be here by now but it's not. What should I do?
If your order is late, follow these steps first:
-
Check your shipping confirmation email to make sure the delivery address is correct.
-
Check your email for a shipping confirmation email from Human Nature Designs (check your spam folder, too). If you find one, use the tracking number provided to check on your order's journey. If it is already out for delivery, please reach out to the carrier for more information.
-
If you have not yet received a shipping notification, your order most likely has not been fully processed, created, or quality checked yet. If the timing is outside of the 3-10 day window, please reach out.
If you have resolved the above and still have inquiries, please get in touch via the Get in Touch tab with your order number.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on all clothing items, including sweatshirts (crew necks and hoodies) and t-shirts (long and short sleeve). Plus, our nature-inspired camping mugs and other outdoor gear ships for free when you spend $100+
How are your products made?
Emily creates all the designs and branding herself. She also prints the the mountain pint glasses and camping mugs in her basement workshop in Denver, CO. She purchases national parks stickers, nature patches, and Colorado pins from a high-quality USA-based printer. For the apparel, she works with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper with locations worldwide.
To learn more about the process, read the blog Emily put together about the Process Behind the Products.
Are your practices sustainable?
We are constantly working to make our processes more sustainable. If you have ideas of how we could be better, please reach out via the Get in Touch tab.
Here’s how we are currently reducing our environmental footprint:
-
-
Sublimation Printing: Sublimation uses water-based inks free of harmful VOCs, reducing waste and emissions. Additionally, since the process doesn’t require water for rinsing, it conserves water and avoids contamination from dye runoff. Sublimation printing is energy-efficient, creates durable designs that don't fade, and is ideal for creating national parks mugs and mountain-inspired pint glasses that last you a lifetime.
-
Drinkware: By choosing reusable camping mugs, you're helping reduce the 50+ billion single-use cups that end up in landfills yearly. Our stainless steel mugs and glass pints are recyclable and sustainable options that allow nature lovers like you to sleep at night, knowing you're doing good for Mother Earth.
-
Apparel: All outdoor apparel is printed using Direct to Garment (DTG) printing. Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is a more sustainable option because it minimizes waste by using only the necessary amount of ink, conserves water by eliminating the need for screen washing, and uses eco-friendly, water-based inks. Additionally, DTG is energy-efficient, lowering its overall environmental impact, making it an eco-conscious choice for creating products like our adventure t-shirts and sweatshirts. Our print-on-demand model reduces overproduction and excess inventory, preventing items from ending up in landfills. Our apparel ships regionally, cutting down CO₂ emissions and ensuring faster delivery.
-
Sustainable Shipping & Packaging: We use compostable and recyclable materials like kraft paper, eco-friendly mailers, and cardboard to ship your national parks souvenirs and gifts. We steer clear of packing materials that are harmful to the environment due to their non-biodegradable nature, energy-intensive production, or toxic chemical components (bubble wrap, Styrofoam peanuts, shrink wrap, and plastic mailers).
