Do you offer free shipping?
Human Nature offers free U.S. domestic shipping on all clothing items including sweatshirts (crew necks and hoodies), t-shirts (long and short sleeve), buffs, and hats.
When will I receive my order?
Please be patient while I take special care in preparing your awesome apparel.
It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 5- 8 business days
International: 10-20 business days
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch, please help out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If you have resolved the above and still have inquiries, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, I can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
How are your products made?
I create all the designs and apparel myself. Then, I work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped directly from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop me a line at email@example.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
Since I use a third-party shipping company, mistakes are often out of my direct control. To help resolve this for you quickly, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
I will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
At this time, refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or items that are damaged. Please contact email@example.com with photos of your order and I will sort it out for you ASAP.
At this time, I don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—I have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled and you received the incorrect color or design. If that’s the case, please let me know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I'll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
