When will I receive my order?

Please be patient while Human Nature Designs takes special care in preparing your awesome gifts and goods.

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 5-8 business days

International: 10-20 business days

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch, please help out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Check whether you have received a shipping notification. If you have, use the tracking number provided to check on your order's journey. If it is already out for delivery, please reach out to the carrier for more information.
  • If you have not yet received a shipping notification, your order most likely has not been fully processed, created, or quality checked yet. If the timing is outside of the 3-10 day window, please reach out.

If you have resolved the above and still have inquiries, please get in touch at emily@humanaturedesigns.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, HND can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How are your products made?

Emily creates all the designs and branding herself. She also sublimate prints the the pint glasses and mugs in her basement workshop in Denver, CO. She purchases stickers, patches, and pins from a high-quality USA-based printer. For the apparel, she works with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper with locations worldwide.

Are your practices sustainable?

We are constantly working to make our processes more sustainable. Here are some of our current sustainability practices that help with Mother Nature's health and longevity. If you have ideas of how we could be better, please reach out to emily@humanaturedesigns.com.

Human Nature Designs - Environmental & Sustainability Initiatives

  • Apparel: All Human Nature Designs apparel is printed Direct to Garment (DTG) which requires less water and solid waste, making it a more sustainable option. Each shirt is custom printed per order, ensuring no inventory goes to landfill. The T-Shirts are printed on apparel created using dye machines that use 7x less water than the average clothing manufacturer, sewing and cutting facilities that are powered with solar energy, and zero-waste manufacturing facilities with optimized cutting to reduce plastic and fabric use.

  • Drop-Shipping for Sustainability
One out of every five garments
reaches a landfill without being worn once. By choosing print-on-demand, we can make sure our apparel is created only as the order is placed, creating less fabric waste than conventional apparel brands.
  • Direct to Garment (DTG) Printing for Sustainability
All designs are printed Direct to Garment (DTG) for a more sustainable, eco-friendly approach that requires less water and solid waste.
Printful (our apparel drop-shipper) uses Kornit machines and inks. Kornit uses high-quality, water-based vegan inks that they formulate, test, and produce in their own factories. Kornit inks are non-hazardous, toxin-free, and biodegradable.
  • Sustainable Shipping + Packaging
Around 78% of apparel orders are delivered in the same region they’re fulfilled. Strategically located fulfillment centers allow for faster shipping times and lower shipping costs, and it also helps with reducing the CO₂ emissions produced when transporting orders. Whenever possible, we use compostable and recyclable packaging and shipping materials such as brown kraft paper and cardboard boxes rather than packing peanuts, plastic bubble wrap, etc.
  • Mugs and Pints: 20 million trees are cut down every year to make single-use cups and mugs. 50+ billion of them end up in landfills every year. By choosing a reusable camping or travel mug, you are helping the planet in an important way.

  • Calendar: The Human Nature Designs x Flow State Media National Parks Calendar is 100% reusable year-after-year, meaning less waste and more views.
