When will I receive my order?
Please be patient while Human Nature Designs takes special care in preparing your awesome apparel.
It takes 3-10 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 5- 8 business days
International: 10-20 business days
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch, please help out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Check whether you have received a shipping notification. If you have, use the tracking number provided to check on your order's journey. If it is already out for delivery, please reach out to the carrier for more information.
- If you have not yet received a shipping notification, your order most likely has not been fully processed, created, or quality checked yet. If the timing is outside of the 3-10 day window, please reach out.
If you have resolved the above and still have inquiries, please get in touch at email@example.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, HND can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
How are your products made?
Emily creates all the designs and branding herself. Then, she works with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped directly from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
To learn more about the process, read the blog Emily put together about the Process Behind the Products.
Are your practices sustainable?
We are constantly working to make our processes more sustainable. Here are some of our current sustainability practices that help with Mother Nature's health and longevity. If you have ideas of how we could be better, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Apparel: All Human Nature Designs apparel is printed Direct to Garment (DTG) which requires less water and solid waste, making it a more sustainable option. Each shirt is custom printed per order, ensuring no inventory goes to landfill. The T-Shirts in Human Nature's Eco-friendly Collection are printed on apparel created using dye machines that use 7x less water than the average clothing manufacturer, sewing and cutting facilities that are powered with solar energy, and zero-waste manufacturing facilities with optimized cutting to reduce plastic and fabric use.
Drop-Shipping for Sustainability
One out of every five garments reaches a landfill without being worn once. By choosing print-on-demand, I can make sure my apparel is created only as the order is placed, creating less fabric waste than conventional apparel brands.
Direct to Garment (DTG) Printing for Sustainability
All designs are printed Direct to Garment (DTG) for a more sustainable, eco-friendly approach that requires less water and solid waste. Printful uses Kornit machines and inks. Kornit uses high-quality, water-based vegan inks that they formulate, test, and produce in their own factories. Kornit inks are non-hazardous, toxin-free, and biodegradable.
Around 78% of Printful orders are delivered in the same region they’re fulfilled. Strategically located fulfillment centers allow for faster shipping times and lower shipping costs, and it also helps with reducing the CO₂ emissions produced when transporting orders. Depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped directly from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
Mugs: 20 million trees are cut down every year to make single-use cups and mugs. 50+ billion of them end up in landfills every year. By choosing a reusable camping or travel mug, you are helping the planet in an important way.
Calendar: The Human Nature Designs x Flow State Media National Parks Calendar is 100% reusable year-after-year, meaning less waste and more views.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a tracking link at the email provided when your order ships out. You also have the option of downloading the Shop App to track your order's journey. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop a line at email@example.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
Since HND uses a third-party shipping company, mistakes are often out of Emily's direct control. To help resolve this for you quickly, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within a week's time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
Emily will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
At this time, refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or items that are damaged. Please contact email@example.com with photos of your order to get it sorted out ASAP.
At this time, Human Nature Designs doesn't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please check out the sizing charts—there is one for every item listed on the store in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled and you received the incorrect color or design. If that’s the case, please let Emily know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and HND will send you a new one, or issue a refund!
